With more than 100,000 years of history, Turkey is also rich in culture and ancient sites, which together with its natural beauty make this country a fascinating place to explore.

Religion: Although Turkey is 99% Moslem, it is a secular state that guarantees complete freedom of worship to non-Moslems.

Language: The official language is Turkish, but English is widely spoken and understood.
