Through this tour program you will experience and explore some of the most beautiful sites, palace and monuments at Delhi, Jaipur and Agra.
Then after you will visit the destination which has great importance since not only in the history of India but has earned its importance since the medieval period. The ancient temples and forts located at Orcha and Khajuraho will leave a remarkable impression once visited.
Conclude the tour with visit to Varanasi – one of the oldest living cities in world which has great importance in culture and tradition of India. Also it is still the center of spirituality for Hindus and for those who have trust in Hinduism.
Day 2 : Delhi (City Tour)
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Delhi viewing Humayun Tomb, Qutab Minar, Lotus Temple, Laxmi Narayan Temple, and Jama Masjid. Drives pass India Gate, President House and Red Fort. Evening at leisure. Dinner at hotel. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 3 : Delhi – Jaipur (by surface – 05 hrs)
Early morning breakfast and drive to Jaipur. Arrive and check into hotel. Arrive and check into hotel. Evening free to self activities. Visit to markets or rest in hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.
Day 4 : Jaipur (City Tour)
Early morning have your breakfast and proceed for visit to Amer Fort, with elephant ride. Afternoon visit to City Palace complex, Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar. Dinner at hotel. Over night at Jaipur.
Day 5 : Jaipur – Agra (by surface – 05 hrs)
Morning depart to Agra, en–route visiting Fatehpur Sikri (Old Deserted town of Mughal Dynasty) Jama Masjid, The Buland Darwaza, Palace of Jodha Bai, Birbal Bhawan & Panch Mahal. On arrival at Agra visit Taj Mahal & Agra Fort. Then after check into hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Agra.
Day 6 : Agra – Jhansi – Orcha – Khajuraho
Early morning breakfast and transfer to Agra Railway Station to board Shatabdi Express Train to Jhansi. On arrival at Jhansi drive to visiting the high–ceilinged Chaturbhuj Temple; the cross plan represents the four–armed Vishnu. The Lakshmi Temple incorporates fortress elements and its 19th–century frescoes depict scenes of the 1857 Mutiny. You also make visit to the multi–chambered Jehangir Mahal with lapis lazuli tiles and ornate gateways. The Raj Mahal palace contains some beautiful murals with religious and secular themes.
Continue drive to Khajuraho. Arrive and check into hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight at Khajuraho.
Day 7 : At Khajuraho
Post breakfast visit the spectacular western group of temples built during the Chandela Rajput dynasty, famous for the beautifully carved erotic scenes. The awe–inspiring 11th–cent. Kandariya Mahadev Temple is one of the finest examples of North Indian temple architecture, richly embellished with sensuous sculptures depicting the god’s heavenly abodes. Nearby, the Jagadambi Temple contains excellent carvings of Lord Vishnu, the eastern group of temples with the intricately carved Jain Temple. The Chaturbhuj Temple is unique in its absence of any erotic depictions.
