of the old houses. Abra, the local water taxi - takes
us across the creek to the Spice and Gold Souk. Walking
through bustling alleys, we enjoy the aroma of exotic
spices and find ourselves amazed at the sheer volume of
dazzling gold jewellery. |

The Emirates of Sharjah lies
15 minutes away from Dubai. We start our journey at the
Cultural square, American University of Sharjah one of
its kinds in the entire Gulf. We then en route to Ajman's
enchanting museum - housed in an ancient fort and giving
intriguing insights into lifestyles before changes brought
by oil. Majahrah souq with its intricate mosaics and golden
dome, 150-year old of Al Naboodah House.
Pass by majestic King Faisal Mosque, the Pearl Monument,
symbol of the UAE Federation, the fabulous Blue Souk,
where more than 600 shops sell carpets, gold, silver,
antiques, perfumes, clothes and many other goods.

local handicrafts and souvenirs. Relax on the comfortable
low cushions and quench your thirst. Take a joy ride
on camel backs around the camp or enjoy the aromatic
shisha.
While you relax, a feast of grilled meat, fresh salads
and delicious Arabic sweets will be prepared for you
from our kitchen. After dinner you will be entertained
by the bewitching belly dancer swaying to the tantalizing
Arabic music, relax under the galaxy of stars and enjoy
the enchanting Arabian night.

cruising along the Dubai creek on board the traditionally
decorated dhow.
